The GDR BIMMM (Groupement De Recherche en Bio-informatique Moléculaire : Modélisation et Méthodologie - Molecular Bioinformatics Research Group: Modeling and Methodology) days are an opportunity for researchers involved in molecular biology data analysis to meet and discuss their work. They are held every two years. The previous edition, in 2023, took place in Lille.
In 2025, these days will take place in Nantes at the LS2N laboratory, either on the site of the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) or at the Centrale Nantes Campus.
The full-day event entitled "Bioinformatics and Environmental Issues, what role for the GDR BIMMM?" will take place on Wednesday, November 26th, at the FST campus.
The LEGO, SeqBIM, and StatOmique working groups will take this opportunity to meet in Nantes the same week.

The GDR BIMMM days aim to bring together the French research community around the analysis of molecular biological data in order to foster an exchange of ideas and respectful scientific debate.
Our goal is for anyone interested in these events to be able to participate peacefully, and in particular without experiencing harassment or discrimination based on racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or ability.
The local organizing comittee is available to assist witnesses or victims of such incidents or any other unprofessional behavior and will do its best to protect their confidentiality.
